This site is made by Ciro Simone Irmici, a software developer and AI specialist. I am not an accountant, a financial advisor, a real estate agent, a doctor, a dietitian or a vet.
The calculators, checklists and guides are here to help you get a clearer picture. They are estimates for information only, carefully prepared from the official sources listed on each page, along with the date they were last checked. They are not advice, and they can’t take your full situation into account.
Before you make a decision (a contract, a mortgage, an investment, a diet, a treatment), always check with a qualified professional.
To the extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for decisions made on the basis of these results, or for errors or out-of-date information. If you find a mistake, write to me. I will fix it and update the date on the page.

A free information site: calculators, checklists and guides to help you get a clearer picture. There’s no sign-up, nothing to buy, and no professional relationship is created between you and me.
How up to date the numbers are
Every page says which official sources the numbers come from and when they were last checked. Rules change, though, so before you decide, check that they still apply and ask a professional. How I work is explained on the method page.
Links to other sites
I don’t control the sources, stores and other sites I link to. They have their own content and their own rules, including on privacy.
My apps and my books
On some pages you’ll find a box with one of my apps or my books, always with my name on it. It’s advertising for my own work, and I say so. There are no sponsors, and nobody pays me to recommend products.
Your data and cookies
I don’t collect personal data, and the site sets no cookies. The details are on the privacy and cookies pages.
Text, drawings and trademarks
The text, drawings, calculators and code are mine. You’re welcome to quote short passages with a link to the page. Third-party names and trademarks (such as App Store, Google Play and Spotify) belong to their owners, and I mention them only to tell you where to find things. The typeface is Nunito, used under the SIL Open Font License and hosted on this site.
Which law applies
This page follows Italian law. If you’re a consumer, you always keep the protections that the law of the country where you live gives you.
